84 Lumber has been named a partner of the Pittsburgh Penguins Military Assessment Platform and Game on Saturday, November 5 against the Seattle Kraken. The Penguins and 84 Trees have teamed up for the Military Appreciation Game and several other initiatives to celebrate those who have fought and continue to fight for our freedom every day. Proceeds from this game benefit the Pittsburgh Warriors, Johnstown Generals and Fisher House.

The Fisher House Foundation builds comfortable homes where military and veteran families can stay for free while a loved one is in the hospital. These homes are located at military and VA medical centers around the world.
The Military Salute is an initiative of our President of Hockey Operations, Brian Burke, to honor current military members and veterans. The Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation partners with a different military organization each month to select recipients. Once the recipient is selected, they will be given the opportunity to attend a Pittsburgh Penguins game and receive in-game rewards.
